Off I go! Into the wild blue yonder...

Got my hiking boots, my gators, my two water bottles, my altitude sickness meds, my puffy down jacket, my quick-dry pants, my head lamp, lots of socks...I'm set! So we'll be staying a few nights in village homestays before actually beginning the climb, but I'll be quite out of reach of the rest of civilization until about May 1st. Snow leopards and sheep and bears, oh my! I can't wait to escape all the honking horns. Bye bye world.
